Problems, configuration questions, layout requests, or other issues can be very time-consuming and frustrating. Telephone support is limited to a maximum of 45 minutes per hour.
For every written support request, you will receive a written response with a detailed solution description.
For support contracts with a duration of three or six months, you will be provided with a dedicated emergency phone number, which is available even on Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that we only provide support via email or telephone if we have a current support request.
