The EBW Ressourcenplaner (resource planner) replaces the planning board on the wall, the booking book at the counter and the Excel sheet in the office. One column per employee, one per resource: courtesy car, lift, meeting room, projector, bowling lane. You create the groups yourself, each with its own icon, colour, attributes and price. One appointment books several resources in a single step, so a children's birthday party gets its supervisor, lane and party room at once. Double bookings are ruled out: the server rejects every conflict. Every change is logged with who, when and before/after, so the board also serves as a record of working hours. Everything runs on your own Joomla site, no cloud, no fee per user.

Your resources, your groups

• Create resource groups freely: courtesy cars, rooms, equipment, lanes, pitches. Each with icon, colour and its own attributes.
• Attributes per group without programming: text, number, yes/no, selection list, colour. Key attributes are shown right in the column header.
• Price per resource, per hour, day or booking. Tap a booking and you see what it costs.
• Capacity per group: exclusive (a car is either out or not) or shared (two mechanics on one lift).

Plan like on a board, only faster

• Day view with columns per employee and per resource. Switches per group show and hide areas in any combination.
• Create appointments by dragging or double-click, move them by drag & drop, resize at the edges. Adjustable grid, mouse and touch.
• Week and month view, mini calendar with calendar weeks.
• Display size per device and a board that fills the screen height. Ideal for the TV on the wall, with an info-screen mode that refreshes itself.

Several resources per appointment, never a double booking

• One selection field per bookable group, offering only what is free in that time slot.
• All resources are checked before saving. An appointment is never left half-booked.
• Server-side conflict check for staff and resources. The message tells you what is in the way.

Traceable and open

• Complete change log: who, when, what, with before and after. Deleting is never final, your own last actions can be undone step by step.
• Appointment series from daily to every four weeks, full-text search, text snippets with shortcuts.
• Calendar subscriptions (ICS) per employee and per resource for phone, Outlook or Nextcloud, protected by a secret key.
• CSV export and import with a conflict check on every row.
• Permissions via standard Joomla user groups: view, change status, full editing.

Examples

• Car workshop: mechanics as columns, courtesy cars and lifts as groups. Reception books appointment, car and lift in one window.
• Bowling centre: eight lanes with lane type and hourly rate, party room at a flat rate. The screen at the counter shows the lanes.
• Office and club: meeting rooms, projector, club bus. Everyone sees what is free.
